meh.
2 people gushed that this was a great book when i was taking it out of the library, so i'm disappointed that it wasn't a better book.
truly, it could have worked as an extended magazine piece. especially at the end when the author tacked on the whole man-ruining-the-world-environment shtick. as interesting as it was to read about tigers, do i want their population to increase and have them live on the outskirts of my town? no way.
