Review of 'The house at Riverton' on 'Goodreads'

Overall a gripping read and one that wisely held onto a secret til the final pages. At first I found the language a little flowery but that soon settled down and I was completely taken into the story. The portrayal of Grace as an elderly lady was sympathetic, a cast of thousands was handled skilfully and a distinct era was evoked. I read this in two days which is no mean feat in my house.
