A feminist, space-opera take on Mad Max : Fury Road was the blurb that got me to order this. It mostly delivered, I must say, but only just scrapes 4 stars with me. I don't know what it was but the ending felt, unfinished (harr). I suspect they had planned one and done and got offered a sequel on pre-order numbers and so changed the ending to leave it open. This, I felt, detracted from what had been up to that point a decent read. You could see the moving parts, a bit.
I have ended up on 4 stars as I did enjoy and so it is recommended.
