It was good to have a break. It's nearly been a year since I read book 10. This was better than the last three books and the ending was a thrill although with and expectant outcome. But I mean after 11 books Jones doesn't have many choices left to keep the books enticing. I never read long series. This one works because of the humor. It's just so funny. It was a really good breather, after the crushing emotional break down I got from stone sky.
