The System is broken The Past has returned

After the Culling, peace has returned and life at the orphanage is quiet one more. Eli finds himself investigating the mystery of a student's new Class, which seems related to the System itself, as well as dealing with the nuances of his unique relationship with the women of the school.

When word arrives that the newly formed kingdoms are looking to track down the legendary Impaler, Eli realizes that the past will no longer stay buried and it's time to revive a project that he swore he would never touch again: Project Cerberus. It will be the ultimate test of whether Eli can successfully move forward as a person or whether he will be stuck in the Impaler's shadow forever.
