Review of 'Seventy-seven clocks' on 'Goodreads'

Like all the other books in the series, it's a most interesting read.

I would've enjoyed the book a lot more if the crux was something other than a machine "which calculated who was to be eliminated" - seemed slightly far fetched to me.

I'm also a little taken back by the involvement of Indian employees as assassins - which they did to pay off their debts. I've lived a quarter of a century in India and I've never heard of such cults - I need to do my research to see if such cults really do exist.
