System Supervillain: Book 9

In the aftermath of the supervillain Stepford's party, and its explosive (literally) conclusion, System Administrator for Earth, Iceblade, had been wanting to take a bit of a break. Life, on the other hand, had other plans. Still, this time the issue isn't too bad. Just a request from the Guild's enigmatic Archivists to go in and sort out all those accounts that had been in Quarantine since the Activation. Of course, nothing bad can happen when a supervillain starts deciding whether people are let back out into the world, or are thrown into the recycle bin of reality, right?
