This is a great story of improvement in an NHS hospital. In fact it's several different stories, as each part of the hospital adopts variants of Critical Chain planning to address the various queuing problems.
I would like to have seen some Current Reality Trees and more detailed numbers. And maybe the time line could have been utilised for a wee bit more dramatic tension.
