Tiamat's Wrath is a science fiction novel by James S. A. Corey, the pen name of Daniel Abraham and Ty Franck, and the eighth book in their series The Expanse. Following the series' tradition of referring to ancient mythology in its titles, the book's title references the Babylonian goddess Tiamat, who took part in the creation of the universe.

The Expanse keeps rumbling on. This was a good 'un. The timeline is moved on a few years and many plot threads are wrapped up. They are certainly narrowing down to a denoument now (having said there will only be 9 books). This had moments of true wonder and true sadness. A definite recommend (as is the whole series). A small note, it would be best to have read the novella Strange Dogs before launching into this as it gives some background to an important plot mechanism.
