I'll be brief. I think there are some good insights about the challenges that introvert can face, and I felt a spark of recognition on a few occasions. This shouldn't be under estimated and it is good to know it's not just me.

The advice, however, often left me cold. This may simply be about personality. She states that many introverts tend to be spiritual, but this introvert runs away from dream catchers and insence sticks. This meant some of her proposals left me cringing. But if you are more spiritually inclined then this may be the book for you.
