On the Steel Breeze

Excellent follow on from Blue Remembered Earth. Though the scope is vast, the story remains personal, as we follow Chiku, daughter of Sunday Akinya, through several timelines. Tense, with steadily escalating menace (and stakes). A couple of wonderful action set pieces and a sinister, but restrained, adversary round out a thoroughly enjoyable story.
