Great book. A little repetitive in some places, but an enjoyable read. His studies on killing seemed to be slightly western-culture biased, but that doesn't bother me too much as I live in the western world. The psychology of killing, particularly in how we train our troops, was fascinating. I'm not sure if I agree with all of the author's conclusions, but I can appreciate his explanations. This would have been a very interesting book to read before or during my time in the military. I'm very curious how it would have altered my perspective on things.
