I listened to the audiobook version of this book. I'll say upfront that the reader's voice annoyed me, so that may have colored my view of the book. There were bits and pieces that were interesting, but much of it I was tempted to skip past. I think that the amount of useful information that I could take home from this book could have easily fit on the back cover.
