Review of 'Shockwave' on 'Goodreads'
4 stars
A very strong 4.5
Lindsay Buroker is an insanely prolific author who is very well reviewed on here. Given that this first book in her sci-fi sequence was only 99p on Kindle I thought I would take a swing and see why people were so positive.

Whilst this doesn't have the heft (Downbelow Station) or the purity (Suicide Kings) of recent 5 star offerings that I have reviewed, it is pretty much a perfect brain-in-neutral read. Which it turns out, hit the spot for me right now.
It's a recommend and I can see me continuing with the series (and maybe checking out her other works).
