Review of 'Ghost Money (Eric Carter #5)' on 'Goodreads'
4 stars
A very strong 4.5 for the latest installment in this series.
This was a thoroughly enjoyable ride from start to finish. As I have said in my previous reviews, the protagonist is forever being caught out by his attempts to fix things. All of that comes to a head in this book. The consequences of how he has been living and dealing with things are made clear to him and yet he still goes out and tries to clean up another mess.
Fine writing keeps this ticking along very nicely and the mike drop at the end is just chef's kiss.
Thoroughly recommended.
