I am fair clipping along with this series. The second installment is full of brio as it skips from set-piece to set-piece. As I noted in my review of the first, this is very much novel-as-Hollywood so the structure is as expected. However, the quality shines through in the story telling and characters. This was just unabashed good fun and sometimes that's all a book needs to be. Recommended.
