A nice palate cleanser after Echopraxia. I do enjoy Seanan MacGuire's Incryptid series and she certainly delivers a prolific amount of high quality fiction. This one felt a little phoned in though. Partly because she is trying to write from a male PoV and whilst she doesn't do too badly, her focus on that means the plot is a little bare. Still an enjoyable romp though.
