The Man Who Died Twice

I rarely give books the full 5 stars but this book came to me at the time I needed it most. I don't have any friends of my own to do the things the Thursday Murder Club do and it was a privilege to share in their adventure, to share in all the cups of tea and puzzles and TV game shows, and to laugh out loud into my very silent flat every time I saw a piece of myself in these characters. I hope I can find this kind of community one day, even if I have a few more decades to wait until I can move into Cooper's Chase.
