A mid-life crisis

I've been a fan of Mr Herring for a while. I listen to some of his podcasts and have seen him live a couple of times. I bought this book and got it signed at the last one. It is about him approaching 40 whilst living a life of excessive drinking and lots of partners and being a performing comedian. That was nearly 20 years ago. He is settled down with a wife and kids now, but he did seem to be off the rails then. He is quite honest about it all. I could empathise with some of it, but I had a much more stable life at that time. I'm sure some people would consider some of his actions disgraceful. An interesting read, but maybe not for everyone.

Another volume completed

I was reading this in odd moments and decided I needed to finish it. Not my favourite of the series, but still good. I will put the next one on my wish list.
