Review of 'Miniatures: The Very Short Fiction of John Scalzi' on 'Goodreads'

"I really enjoyed this collection of micro-stories. It was quick to read and to pick up and put down as needed. In one of the introductions, Scalzi mentions his penchant for taking something really unusual, like superheroes or alien visitors, and plopping the reader into the post-newness of those events: what types of cultural issues would be relevant 30 years after aliens started immigrating to Earth and their presence isn't a novelty anymore?
I laughed out loud several times while reading this. Great fun!"
