Kill the Queen (A Crown of Shards Novel Book 1)

First book of the year finished.

It was a very lukewarm book though. Nothing new inside. It wasn't bad, but it also did not keep me on edge.

I think I got it constantly recommened because it has similarities to Throne of Glass. But the ending just let me down a lot and I do not feel interested to read the second book at all.

The cover made me think this was YA but it said adult so I read it... and it read like a YA just with a few f*cks in it. Got me a little confused to why this wasn't labled as a YA.
