I read it once. I will never read it again.
I have no measure or language to explain how deep my hatred for Chaol runs but this book didn't help or made it any better.
But I got through for the girls.
Honestly it's not worth it. I don't know why it exists. And I find it unbelievably unfair that Chaol gets 500 pages of doing nothing, when every other character would have deserved it so much more, starting with Aelin and Rowan, over Lysandra and Aedion to Manon and Dorian.
Now I will forever ignore that this book existed.
