Review of 'Dead Moon' on 'Goodreads'

4 stars

Good book, not my favorite of the series so far, but pretty good. The biggest reason it isn't a favorite is because the book is nearly all plot and action. I like the characters, Cali, Tessa, and Jake are great; however, unlike the first two novels there isn't much character development. This enables the story to move quickly, but makes it more difficult to really care about them.

Still, for anyone who like Zombie stories, SciFi, and/or Clines, this is a great read.

In the name of summary, this plot revolves around the future use of the moon as a grave yard and the industry that developed around it. Then a meteor hits and zombies...

I did like the very strong connection to the Threshold mythology in the first two books. This is a completely independent story, but the connections for anyone reading the series is not subtle.
