Okay, I have to admit the self-help aspect of this book isn't really my thing. That said, I couldn't help but read it because, ya know, Felicia Day. I certainly recommend listening to Ms. Day narrate this book on the audible version. It's fantastic. Her enthusiasm, excitement, and humor make this a fun listen. And, despite not being my cup of tea in terms of guidance, I got a lot out of her suggestions and activities. I definitely recommend this for any Day fan and particularly for any fan interested in opening up their creativity gates.
