This is an interesting story about a serial killer in a small protective community filled with people who just didn't believe it was possible. The author does a good job of putting the story on the table, but there is nothing here to really recommend. It's okay. If you like serial killer/true crime stories, you'll probably like this. If they aren't your thing, this won't change that.
