Ok, so the twist wasn't as dramatic as the cover implied, but it was certainly quite unexpected and a really interesting, er, angle! I really enjoyed this book and will be on the lookout for some more Christopher Priest now (I've read The Prestige too after having seen the film).

And I've just seen on his website that he passed away just over a week or so ago :(
