A decent attempt to reboot the series with some new protagonists. This had all the quirky charm of the previous books and was a light and engaging read.
However, this just scrapes 4 stars as its structure is a bit off. It's all front loaded and the denoument happens way too fast with a healthy dose of hard to swallow plot armour on the protagonists.
Recommended only if you have read and enjoyed the previous books.
