Pretty damn decent. They really stuck the landing on this one I think.
As per my review of the first book, this really felt more at home with a second episode. It clipped along nicely with a few twists on the way that had you go 'Oh, I missed that'.
It was supposed to be a feminist take on Mad Max : Fury Road and women were certainly to the fore. After a while though, I didn't really care. I identified with the characters as people, gendered or not. That's a neat trick and some good writing.
Recommended.
