Another strong entry in this series. Kadrey puts his protagonist through some development in this book. It is interesting to see a character like this deal with PTSD and realistic doubts as to their path in life. I also enjoyed that the 'big bad' in this one is basically a supernatural hedge fund. A really interesting take. Enjoyable character progression and an engaging story make this a recommend.
