Springsteen has long been a musical touchstone for me and it's going to be one of my big regrets that I probably won't get to see him perform live. I picked this up in Waterstones after a kind Xmas gift of a gift certificate and thoroughly enjoyed it. He writes his memoir like he writes songs. This isn't so much long form prose as a collection of short 2 to 3 page bursts of storytelling. It is fascinating though and a very easy read. Definite recommend.
