This book was absolut awesome until the author dunked it with the predictable and lame ending.
However because of the unreasonable witch hunt, I will still give it 5-Stars. Cancel culture sucks, enraged twitter storms suck, too.
It was a fun book, with great new ideas.
It's actually a real good in between adult and young adult fantasy. The world building had a lot of depth. Characters were well fleshed out and it had a compelling story and great idea behind it.

At times it felt draggy. It did not always grip me to keep reading and the ending was a big disappointment. I would have preferred this as a standalone and not another "Let's start a revolution" book.
