It's weird that the rest of the skaa, even in places like this that are noted as having distinctive accents, have such standardized vocabulary and grammar, especially given there's no formal education for the skaa. I suppose the Watsonian explanation for this is that it only makes it into the text when it's so extreme that it's hard for the other characters to understand.
