Been absolutely adoring this. Listening at 80% speed during my “rest” periods so I have some stimulus for adhd while still resting ME/CFS/LC self
Would love any recommendations on similar lighthearted fantasy, sci-fi, escapist audiobooks I can listen to slow, for when I finish this, maybe in the YA level?
@moss@bookwyrm.social I don't have any specific recommendations myself, but will look on interestedly with any you get. I've seen it described as "cozy fantasy" - have you seen that? If not, it might be worth looking at some of the cozy fantasy lists out there.
Related, but not quite the same, I've also seen mention of "hopepunk" which I actually really quite like the sound of too :) (again apologies if this is all "old news" for you)

@moss@bookwyrm.social Having only recently encountered Hopepunk, I've just ordered them both. I enjoyed the first few of the Wayfarers already :)
