“I’m Australian; I know how to use a shotgun!”

This was one of the cleverest of its sort. Hard not to compare with [b:Spellwright|6703145|Spellwright (Spellwright, #1)|Blake Charlton|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1331914885s/6703145.jpg|6898891] and [b:Libriomancer|12844699|Libriomancer (Magic Ex Libris, #1)|Jim C. Hines|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1318277038s/12844699.jpg|17995680] and things of that sort, but this is certainly a most worthy contender in that category. The dialog was sometimes rather abrupt, but that just added to the rather cheeky atmosphere of the whole thing. Not a book for those easily offended, but suited me down to the ground.
