It is kind of OK, but the audience of the book seems to be people with emotional trauma. I wasn't connecting to the ideas nor benefiting a lot from this book, so I put it down.

I heard about this book from Kent Beck's blog; and wanted to give it a try. It is probably the first book I will read about emotions - a subject I usually ignore.
