Looking for excitement, Coraline ventures through a mysterious door into a world that is similar, yet disturbingly different from her own, where she must challenge a gruesome entity in order to save herself, her parents, and the souls of three others.

Review of 'Coraline' on 'Goodreads'

Coraline is a delightful and sinister story of a child using resourcefulness, brains and an ability to make friends to battle the evil she accidently unleashes when she explores her new home, whilst bored on a wet day.
Gaiman's skill as a writer seems only to increase and his imagination never to fail him.
